Powerpoint Forms/Presentaion

Does anyone have an idea on how I can create a form and
have it insert the information into a specific place in a
power point presenation? Like in excel where I can put a
number in a form and I can have an output in a
presentation change.

I know this is on the cutting edge but anyone have ideas?
Macros? Active embedding? I have looked every where?
Any ideas?
