Powerpoint Found an ERROR

Here is the error message that my client is getting when
she is working on her PowerPoint presentation.
She edits the PowerPoint presentation then she is going
into slide view when she gets the following error message.

PowerPoint found an error that it can not correct. You
should save presentations, quit then restart.

After this message, her computer freezes up. I tried to
recreate the problem, but I was not successful.

Any help will be appreciated,
