PowerPoint Heaven - New Tutorial and Showcase

Added a new tutorial and showcase.

Tutorial on "Enlarging Image in Slide Show while Retaining Quality" under
Others section, can be found in Tutorials page. This tutorial shows how you
can add Emphasis: Grow effect on images and at the same time preventing the
drop in quality.

Ripple Effect Introduction under Showcase section, can be found in
Animations page. This sample demonstrates a very simple effect of a water
droplet dripping into water, creating a ripple effect.
