There is no Powerpoint Help / Manual residing on my Mac. Word and Excel have local Help manuals. Can it be true that Powerpoint does not have one?

Excel have local Help manuals. Can it be true that Powerpoint does
not have one?

I see several topics under the Help menu in PowerPoint. Are you
referring to something else?
