PowerPoint not printing to Color LaserJet 4600n

Hi,

For some reason, nothing from PowerPoint is printing to our 4600n. It
just spools indefinetely in the print spool window. I have tried on
mulitple computers using multiple presentations (some with no pictures
and just one word). I have tried printing driectly via the IP and
through our shared queue on our Xserve. I have tried printing from a
windows pc using PowerPoint 2003. It just plain refuses to print
PowerPoint! It will print from Word, Entourage, Excel, Mail, Safari,
etc etc. Has anyone ever had this issue? What the heck is going on? Am
I going insane?

Anyway, I would really appreciate any help out there.

Since it also repros in WinPPT, I suggest posting this to the WinPPT

Hi Alpha,

This is the first report of this problem that I can recall, so it is
likely to be pretty rare.

For starters, what version of PowerPoint are you using on which version
of what operating system? Have you installed all the office and system
updates that are available?

As far as I know the HP 4600 is supported in all recent versions of
MacOS, but if you do not have the driver installed (it can be omitted
during a custom install of MacOSX) you can visit the HP web site at
http://www.hp.com/ to locate the appropriate driver. Then download and
install it.
