Hi.
I'm running Powerpoint (Office 2003) on an XP-SP2 machine. A few days ago,
Powerpoint started freezing every time I open it - irrespective of whether I
am opening an existing publication or starting a new one. (It had worked
perfectly until then, since I bought this computer in July.)
It *will* play publications, but as soon as I try to edit (as soon as I
change a single letter), it freezes. On new publications, it will let me type
some 6 or 7 letters before freezing.
I've run the Office 2003 CD's Repair Function, to no avail. Is says
*something* was fixed, but my powerpoint problem remains. (I would like to
reinstall it from scratch, but am afraid of losing all my Outlook 2003
content during the reinstall.)
I'm in dire need of help, as I have a presentation at work this week, and
have no way to work on it.
Thank you for your attention,
Heri
