Powerpoint on Dualview Widescreen

I'm using two monitors. My main monitor is 1024x768.

I would like my PowerPoint presentations to be displayed at fullscreen on my
42" Widescreen monitor.

1) What resolution/size should the 2nd monitor be set to?
2) What page size should the presentation slides be set to?
