PowerPoint Outline Font

We are running Windows 2000 and Office XP and have a
company template setup as blank.pot for all
presentations. The default font for bulletted lists is
set to 24pt, but if you use Outline to design your slides,
it picks the default font of 14pt (which is much too
small). Obviously all slides can be changed in NOrmal
view to 24pt but I shouldn't need to. Is there any way
that I can make the Outline font size the same as the
normal view (24pt)? Is this a bug?
