Powerpoint Page Layouts

Is there a way to make the slides appear to be a notebook style? Have spiral appear on the top of each slide?

You might check in the Project Gallery for a template with that effect, but
I doubt you'll find what you're looking for... There's certainly no such
option available as a default layout design within the program. I believe
your best bet is to locate or create a spiral graphic image & add it to the
Master Slide.
