PowerPoint Presentation Broadcast does not play on client

Hello:

I recorded a broadcast in ppt and installed the files on a
web server at my company. I can view the broadcast fine,
but others in my company cannot. when they click the
link, the first slide of the ppt broadcast appears, but no
audio or video and the status bar is stuck on:

"Receiving the Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation
Broadcast".

does anyone know why this might be happening?
