Powerpoint presentation version without notes?

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel When I create a presentation with notes for my own use, is there a simple way to save a version that does not contain my notes (other than using "save as" and then going through and deleting each notes pane in the new version)?

Hi,

To the best of my knowledge, no.

It's a great idea for a macro. When Office 2011 comes out this will be
quite do-able.

I could not figure out how to use your fix with PPT :Mac 2008 (I couldn't find the commands) - is it compatible?

Hi Jean,

that's why Jim wrote that this will be doable in PowerPoint 2011. The
current version of PowerPoint for Mac, PowerPoint 2008, does not include
support for VBA, which is why the macro Steve referred you to does not
work. VBA support will be back in the next version of PowerPoint for Mac
(2011); furthermore, if you have access to PowerPoint 2004 for Mac, you
should be able to run the macro.

Hi Jean,

Sorry for the confusion. My bad. As Michael's explained, the solution
I mentioned should work once 2011 comes out; since 2008 doesn't support
VBA, no VBA-based solution like mine will be compatible.

Should work in 2004, though, in case you've still got a copy of that
around.
