A powerpoint file opened on the desktop should be able to access a streaming
video server that has sychronized video that advances the slides in the
presentation. Microsoft has a program that does this, but it uses images of
the powerpoint slides and not the actual powerpoint file opened on the
desktop. The advantages should be obvious, like the ability to still use the
animations that you can't use when images take the place of the actual ppt
file.
