Powerpoint 2007 has some great new graphic features such as proper drop
shadow. Unfortunately I cannot find a way to export these graphics with a
transparent background. Powerpoint allows the creation of a slide without a
background but does not seem to offer this feature when images are saved as
either .PNG or .TIFF.
Also, to export a .PNG file, the only way that I seem to be able to alter
the resolution is by altering the size of the slide. This is unhelpful. It
would be great to be able to specify the resolution and the alpha channel
transparent background when exporting.
