When I package a show for a cd, some slides have letter and or word
crunching. They are jammed together on one or two sentences. My origanil
plays fine. I can create a slide show and that plays fine. It's just when
Ipackage it for a cd. Anybody have an answer?

Which version of PowerPoint do you use? Did you use any special fonts? Try
to check "Embed fonts" when packaging for CD. Some fonts are licensed and
cannot be packaged to CD. They will not display if they are not installed on
the recipient's system. In that case you should consider using different
fonts.

Hi,
Thanks for the response. I am using Powerpoint 2003. I am not using any
special fonts. I am using Times New Roma. They are right from powerpoint. Any
other suggestions?

Hi,
I tried the printer trick but it did not work! So far this is a real head
scratcher.

Hi,
It only appears when I package for CD. I can create a slide show and it's
fine. I can run a slide show from the master and it's fine. I hace tried it
on a different PC and I get the same results. Weird letter or sentance
crunching on the CD package. Very strange. Any other suggestions?
