Hi,
I recently got a new PC with Windows XP SP2, Office 2003 and VS.NET
2003.
My code was working fine on my old Win2k, Office2k, VS.Net
machine, but now I get this error when trying to reference a PowerPoint
slide.
'PowerPoint.Slides' does not contain a definition for 'Item'
I noticed that VS.NET automatically updated the Office object librarie
references to Office 2003 PIAs. Documentation shows that the "Item" method
does still exist in the newer version.
1. Is it possible for me to revert back to the known working (Office
2000/PowerPoint 2000) object libraries, and if so, does this mean I need to
install Office 2000 on my new machine?
2. Once this application is compiled and deployed, will I have to create a
seperate build for each version of Office products?
