Powerpoint Slideshow

I am trying to send an attached powerpoint slideshow to a
friend of mine by email. I want him to click on it and
to automatically starts the slideshow. Is there a way to
do that?

Save the show as a PowerPoint Show (pps). But it will only start the show
provided he has PowerPoint or the viewer.
