Powerpoint Smart Graphics Heirarchy

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

The Autofit option for the text boxes in this type of chart is grey so I do not have the option to set text box to resize according to text size or the opposite which is to resize text to fit text box.
Hope someone can tell me this works. It seems it might be limited if I do manual text boxes and not using the smart graphics option.

Sorry, the structural aspect of Smart Art Graphics is something which can't
be altered in a number of ways... That's one of them.

If you want something customized in that way you might try using the drawing
tools [Objects Palette of the Toolbox] to create your shapes & join them
using Connectors.
