PowerPoint sound embedded/linked files

Hi everyone,
PowerPoint should embeds the sound files smaller than 50 Mb and links the
sound files greater than 50 Mb (if that option is set this way).
For some unknown reasons a test file PowerPoint presentation having all
sound files size less than 50Mb used in other PC, it only plays the wav
file.

Any ideas why is that?

Yes. PowerPoint only embeds WAV files, no other types of sounds.
