For reasons I cannot understand the spelling dictionary in PowerPoint (Office
2003) is NOT the same as I have in Word. I have the "Microsoft Office 2003
Language Settings" tool installed. When I check, it showes that I only have
English selected (this is what I want). When I start PowerPoint, click Tools
Why is French selected if it does not show in the Office 2003 Language
settings.
If I scroll down this list when I get to the "English" set ALL English
options are checked and the same is true for French. When I check the
settings in Word and Excel only English US is selected.
In PowerPoint if I press the F7 key to start the spelling checker I get a
message that the Italian dictionary is not installed. The Italian dictionary
is NOT slected when I view the Office 2003 language settings.
Suggestions would be appreciated
