PowerPoint Text Box Issues

Hello -

I use PowerPoint X for Mac

My problem is when I create a presentation, save it , then try to open
it on any PC (running either 98 or XP) all of my text boxes which
previously had No Fill and No Line end up with a white fill and a
black line around all of the boxes. Plus occassionally some of the
images end up with a red X in a box

How do I stop this?

PLEASE HELP.!!!!

Thanks in advance

Is there any chance the PC Windows version of PPT is set to Black & White View?
It certainly sounds as though it might be.

Choose View from the menu bar and remove the mark next to Black and White.

Nope
Backgrounds on the Slide Master stay fine
It's odd. It's only the fill and border on the text boxes
Any other ideas?

In some cases, ungrouping graphics can create what appear to be extra objects that
have sometimes unexpected colors (white background objects, usually). Any chance of a
graphic having been ungrouped?

Failing that, if you can create a one or two-slide presentation that reliably
reproduces the problem and document the exact steps it took to create it, I'd be happy
to have a look at it.
