Powerpoint to high res jpg

I have a one sheet ppt file with 4 pix and some captions. When I do file
save as jpg it is only a 900 x 700 or so file. Much to low res for the 8x10
photo print of it all together that I want. Are there settings or some other
way to copy it into then save from that. I have tried many ways and still
get a lower res.

Thanks very much Michael, that page was very helpful. I changed the sheet
size from 10x8 to 50x40 then saved the file as jpg. I just got the 10x8
photo printed out and it looks awesome compared to the low res one. Thanks
again.
