Powerpoint to Web with Audio

Can anyone walk me through (or point me to a tutorial) how to take a live
Powerpoint presentation and convert it for download/viewing on the web? We
have a group of physicians who come to our meetings with Powerpoint
presentations and we would like to record their audio narration in synch
with the changing of the slides. Then we would like to put these
presentations on the web so people unable to make the meeting can view/hear
the presentation at their leisure.
