Powerpoint VBA collect data and summarise on last slide

Hi

I have very basic programming experience. I have never used VBA.

I have a presentation which needs the follwoing functions:

On 1 slide user enters their name and todays date into text boxes. (It
would be nice to automate the date).

User should not be able to move to the next slide until they have
entered text in the text boxes

On 1 or more slides the user makes some selections by clicking radio
buttons.

A final slide shows the users name and date + the options s/he
previously selected.

I would prefer not to have to learn VBA and I am unlikley to need VBA
in the future.

If have spent hours searchiing the WWW but cannot find anything which
will help me with this.

If anyone could give me any guidance, or a simple template I would be
very grateful.

You can reply to this email address (if you wish), which I use
specifically for google groups.

Thanks ColinK

I doubt you'll find a template with exactly what you need already in
place, so I think you'll need a VBA solution. If you're interested in
hiring someone to write this for you, you might want to mention that.
