Powerpoint viewer 97

I wish to download the powerpoint viewer for my pc since I
don't have pointpoint installed on that particular pc. Is
powerpoint viewer free ? or I have to buy a license to use
powerpoint viewer97 ? Will it expiry ?

To add a bit to Sonia's reply: the viewer you download from that web page
won't expire or time out, but it's rather old and doesn't support all the
things that current versions of PowerPoint can do. We expect a newer viewer
to be released by the end of the year. It will also be free. So while the
viewer won't expire, you'll still probably want to replace it eventually.
