Is there a Powerpoint viewer available that will correctly
use and display all of the custom animation features used
in a presentation developed in Powerpoint2002?

How soon? if you happen to know...

The only timeframe we know of from MS is that it'll be this year.

Thanks for asking, though. I've added that to the FAQ page.

Not a clue. I assume it will be released shortly after Office 2003 hits the
shelves.
