If it is "Read Only" will the links still work?
-----Original Message-----
I believe that you can but they would ahve to open it as a
read only file.

Carol,

I cannot see why the links would not work. Otherthan
If the links are to office documents, then you may get the error "this file
is in use > open as read only",
If the links are to webpages I can't see a problem

Cheers
