Powerpoint

I have currently created a presentation in Microsoft powerpoint 2002 My
presentation uses Autorun Express software which I've used for a main menu
page which inturns links to the main powerpoint files on the CD ROM.

I have come across various limitations through the Powerpoint 2003 viewer.
IE linking problems, even simple comands such as "end show " the presentation
won't quit due to new windows appearing each time I link to my custom shows.

Also If I have tried putting all my slides in one presentation file rather
than using my custom show, but when I link back to any of the files
containing Mpeg1 video the timing on the video don't work. and just come to a
halt.

This seems to only be resolved through using the previous 97 viewer.

I would be interested if this could be done through the new viewer, as you
don't need to install the viewer to the hard drive, with the Auto Express
software you can ad a command which links to the viewer file and then looks
for the presenation file from the disc.

If you could advise me how could be done are there bugs in this viewer or
would upgrading to 2003 with pack to cd option correct these problems.

Regards

If you add a blank slide set to transition in 0 seconds in front of the MPG
slide, and link back to the blank slide, it will force PowerPoint to re-enter
the slide at the beginning rather than at the end.
