I mad a powerpoint in Mac Office 2008 version, and sent it to clients who are using 2004 , their machas 2004 and will not recognize it, can i convert it to a 2004 powerpoint?

Hi,

open the presentation in PowerPoint 2008, then click on File>Save As and
choose "PowerPoint 97-2004 Presentation (.ppt)" in the file format dropdown
list. Alternatively, you can tell your clients to download a free converter
(still in beta) that allows them to convert these new files. You can find

If you want to save in the old file format by default, go to
PowerPoint>Preferences, Save and choose the same file format as mentioned
above in the Save as dropdown menu.
