PowerPoint

I have created a PowerPoint and want to embed one song that will play
during the presentation after I have burned it to a CD. I have added
the tune in both MP3 and Wave formats . . . saved as a PowePoint
Project and the presentation is in the folder but not the music. It
will play on my computer as links to my iTunes but once I burn it to a
CD or DVD the music is not there. I have manually moved the music file
to the folder but that does not work either. So if I send it via emai
there is no music with the saved Power Point Project. I have been
through all my books, help files, the Internet with little success. I
am using Office 4. Is this just not possible . . . my frustration
level is high at this time! Help!!

Will send a virtual margarita for any help in this area!!

Office 4? Are you certain? That's quite old.

In any case, have a look here:

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email
a presentation

Hi Jan,

I bet you are using Office 2004.

This was a known problem that was (hopefully) fixed in a recent update to
Office. Use the Help menu and Check For Updates.

If all the updates are currently installed and the problem persists, please
post a follow-up message including details about the version of PowerPoint
you are using.

I'm pretty sure if you install the updates the problem will be fixed.

Thanks.
