I am trying to create slide shows for teaching art. I have a lot of images and want to put them into ppt other than one by one. Is there a way to gang up 80 or so images into ppt all at once? It takes a long time to do it one by one.
thanks

Have a look here:

BATCH IMPORT images into PowerPoint

Most of the suggestions are PC-centric but something might help.

Jim Gordon has a nice Mac add-in for batch importing photos, but it wouldn't work under PPT
2008, unless it's been totally rewritten; something tells me the answer is no, but let's let
Jim be the judge of that. Over to you, Mr. G.

Hi Steve & Susan,

Unfortunately, VBA was not included in Office 2008, so the batch import
suggestion won't work, and neither will my addin.

In addition to VBA my add-in requires TWAIN support and the ability to
use slide preview. These additional features were also axed in 2008.

Susan would be better off with PowerPoint 2004.

It seems like this hasn't been solved for 2008. Perhaps Susan can find
someone with a PC version and use the Batch Import suggestions or find
someone with 2004 and use Jim's add-in. Shouldn't the slide show then
convert nicely into 2008?

Yes indeed.
