Powertoy problems

When I use Outlook to OneNote powertoy, I get the error that OneNote is not
installed... It is installed, so what could be causing the problem?

Which version Outlook are you using? You should have Outlook 2003
installed, but other than that if you're running Outlook 2003, trying
closing and restarting Outlook several times. I actually believe I had to
restart the whole system before mine finally worked.
