We are having a couple of major problems with PowerPoint
2002. First, ppt files with organization charts created
in earlier versions are not converting correctly to PP
2002. Missing chart(s), screwy fonts, etc. Second, our
MS Exchange server with Trend Micro ServerProtect is
blocking 2002 ppt attachments, though we are still able
to email 2000 and earlier without any problems. Has
anyone come across these situations, and if so, found a
workaround? We've tried changing the .ppt extention
without success. It appears that there is some sort of
compression going on in the newer version that
ServerProtect flags\blocks as a possible virus. No
helpful info on TrenMicro's site that I can find. Thanks!
