PP 2000 / Win XP /Producer

Is MS Producer (free add-in) compatible with the version
of PowerPoint included in Office XP Standard edition
(Producer requires PowerPoint 2002)? Or should I get
PP2002 as a standalone product, in order to use Producer?

I'm not clear on the question. Office XP Standard includes PowerPoint 2002.
Is that what you wanted to confirm? The confusion is compounded by your
mention of PowerPoint 2000 is the subject line.

PowerPoint 2002 is what is included with office XP professional

Office XP Standard does NOT come with PowerPoint at all (I think - please
correct me everyone)

PowerPoint 2002 and PowerPoint XP are one in the same.
