PP 2003 vs. PP 2004 (Mac) Presenter tools

I recently bought a used PC laptop with Office 2003. I noticed that
Powerpoint 2003 for PC doesn't have the presenter tools available in
Powerpoint 2004 for the Mac. Is the difference Mac vs. PC, or does the
more current PC Powerpoint have the same capability as the Mac version?

PowerPoint 2003 has Presenter's view, On-screen notes, Drawing, and
navigation tools or is there another type presenter tool you are asking
about?

I don't know what you call the presenter tool in PP 2004 Mac which
includes a clock, next slide view and notes on one page...but I don't
see it in PP 2003 for PC. If it exists, I'd like to know how to access
it.

thanks
