PP 2007 - Animations

I've upgraded to PP 2007. Is there anything like the PP 2003 list of
animations? I can view a single object animation, but where is the list of
all animations on a slide?

Yes. Go to the animations tab, then click Custom Animations button.
Animations task pane should appear and show all the animations for the
slide.
