PP Slideshow Summary report?

I have a very large slide show and each slide has a small sound file embedded
in it that plays when the slide displays. Is there a way to print a summary
or report of each slide title and the name of the file embedded in it?

This would be a great timesaver when it somes to sanity checking the
slideshow before using it.

See if this works (PPT 2002/2003):

File > Save As > Web Page. This will save the presentation into a folder.

Correcting a typo: this will save the PowerPoint elements into a folder -
including embedded sound.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this isn't quite what I was looking for. The
slide show I have built is used for our local ACS Relay for Life, and all
slides in this show are titled with a person's name, and the embedded file is
their name being read.

I would like to generate something like this, if possible:

Slide Title Slide Sound
------------- ---------------------
John Smith smith_john.wav
Bob Jones jones_bob.wav
