PP Viewer 2003 - EULA?

G

Guest

Does anyone know if the final 2003 Viewer will contain an EULA that has to be read and accepted before people can view my CD presentations? (I LOVE the new viewer for my CD presentations but I would probably loose my prospective audience's interest if they have to read the License Agreement before they could watch my presentation.)
Thanks

Who reads EULA's? LOL! They will at least have to check the "Accept" box.
It's a one time event and as long as the Registry key is not modified,
they'll never see it again. By the way, you can add the /s command line
switch to suppress the splash screen. Your autorun file would then look
like:

[autorun]
open-ppview.exe /s mypres.pps

That will not suppress the EULA on the first use though.

Sonia,
My autorun.inf file reads:
[autorun]
open=pptview.exe /s mypres.pps

Did you mean to use - rather than =?
Did you mean pptview rather than ppview?

Sorry for the typos. Yes, it's an equal sign and the Viewer's name is
pptviewer.exe.

Thanks for confirming the typo.
Mine says pptview.exe, not pptviewer.exe.
