PPS (32Bit) & SQL 2005 (64Bit)

So I bought PPS to put on a 32 bit App Server thinking that it would talk to
the DB server like every application does.

We did not know that it had a component to be installed on the 64bit SQL box.

So now I am really stuck and am hoping there is a way to get this component
on the SQL host for reporting.

If anyone has heard of a possible solution PLEASE share.

I really cannot believe that they could rope customers into such an issue.

If you are talking about SQL Reporting Services, it is a free add-in to SQL
Server. Talk to your db admin about it.

The requirements are here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA101945401033.aspx and I would say
that they are not all that clear except in hindsight.
