pps on website

When I try to open a pps file through IE7 (on my website) it opens it in
PowerPoint design view rather than as a slide show. If I open the same file
by simply double-clicking the file with My Computer or Windows Explorer it
opens as a slide show. What can I do to make it open as a slide show???
