PPT 2003 - printing of handouts

Hi, I am using MS PPT 2003. I am printing my handouts, two to a page. I do
it often and have never had a problem ..... until today! ... there are 3
slides, and for some really strange reason, the last one keeps losing its
formatting (badly!). I have done a print preview of the slide (which looks
perfect), but when I print it as a handout, I lose the formatting and it
looks terrible. It happens whether i print three to a page or two to a
page. Hopefully one of you experts out there can help!

Chances are there is something on that slide that is causing the problem.

If it was me i'd copy the problem slide and start editing it to see what it
is made up of.

Does it use a font that is not installed on your computer?
Is it trying to link to an image or object that is not on your computer?

Try ungrouping any grouped objects to see how it's constructed.
