ppt 2004 for mac + logitech presenter

Has anyone had any experience using Logitech's Cordless Bluetooth
Presenter device along with PowerPoint 2004 for the Mac ?

Logitech claims it is for PC only, but I was able to pair the device
with my mac's internal bluetooth. The Logitech software will not
detect the device. However, the device works just fine ! The only
problem is that the 2nd button (the right button) wont move slides
back as it is supposed to. In other words I can only use the 1st
button to move forward in my presentation, but I can't use button 2 to
move backward. I've tried 3rd party software to get button 2 working
(i.e. gamepad companion and usboverdrive), but no luck. I have yet to
hear back from Logitech.

Does anyone have any advice?

thanks

I have the same problem!
I can easily pair the Logitech Cordless Presenter with the Mac but I can't
use the "back" button. In fact, in Windows PPT there is an option in the
preferences to set the right button to move back a slide rather than to pop
up a menu. I can't find the equivalent option in either PowerPoint V.X or
2004. I was hoping that PPT 2004 would have the functionality added, and I
assumed it was just missed from PPT V.X. If anyone does know how to set the
right button to move a slide backwards (in either powerpoint or Keynote!)
then I'd be grateful

Andy
