I created some design templates for a client and saved them as .pot files. My client, who is using PPT 2007 on Windows XP Pro says he can not save a new slide presentation he's created using these templates. He can only save as a design template.
He's also getting this error message:
Binary tags and hyperlinks on diagrams cannot be saved in PPT2007 xml file format. To preserve these items, save the presentation using PPT97-2003 file formats.
When I try to recreate it on my Mac (with PPT 2004), I can save it as a presentation with no problems. So is the problem on my end, his end, or somewhere in between, and what might the solution be? Thanks.
