Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Hi,
A colleague has sent me a .ppsx file created in PPT on Windows (not sure of the version). He has recorded spoken narration to each slide using the built-in recorder. However, I cannot get the file to play on my Mac using PPT 2008. A little ways into the first slide, I hear the spoken audio but then PPT crashes (I've sent the crash reports to MS of course). I have no trouble playing the file on my installation of PPT 2007, but we really need these files to be cross-platform.
Is this a known bug in 2008 or is possibly my installation? I couldn't find any reference to it, and my installation has been rock solid otherwise.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
Glenn
