I created a PPT for a client in 2004 as she is running a Mac. When I
send it to her along with the sound files A mixture of WAV and MP3
types that all play fine on my Mac and on my PC), she is unable to
hear most of the sounds. She could hear two of them, and at first I
thought that if they were both the same type that would be the issue,
but one is a WAV file and one is an MP3. I then sent the file to
another friend with a Mac who had no problem hearing all of the music
files.
My client is not very computer-saavy. Sounds as though the issue might
be on her side, but she won't be able to find it. Any ideas? I would
post this on the Mac PPT group, but there is so little traffic there
that you rarely get a response.
Thanks for your help!
