It is interesting that this animation has not been added to Windows
PowerPoint in the last several versions. Many users have requested it.

However there is a PowerPoint add-on that can do this created by Crystal
Graphics called PowerPlugs - Transitions. It is not a free add-on, but does
do a nice job of what it says it will.
