PPT editing on multiple screens / multiple monitors

How can I get PPT to open two different presentations on two different
monitors. This functionality existed in Office 2003, but can't seem to get
PPT to do the same thing in Office 2007. This made editing of multiple PPT
presentations with similar content very easy... now it's become a nusiance.
