ppt files

When a client of mine tries to send me a powerpoint (ppt) file, it comes
across as an attached message with the powerpoint files broken out as
attachments to that message, so I can't open it. Outlook also says "Outlook
blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments: script.js."
When I send myself a ppt file, however, I get it just fine. Any ideas??

sounds like the sender is doing something "funny"
have them start a new message and then attach the file using the paper clip

I think you're right... I think they were somehow putting powerpoint slides
into the email, which didn't seem to come through. Thanks for the help,
though!
