PPT Keyboard Shortcut

Since upgrading, my new PowerPoint doesn't recognise the
"Apple" + "shift" + "<" or ">" as the keyboard shortcut for
increasing or decreasing font size.

Word, however, doesn't have any problems.

Looking through the ppt HELP section, it maps the keys to
the ones I mention. But I can't get them to work.

I haven't got the SHIFTLOCK on, but I did customize the
menus a little. Does that make a difference?

Yes, t'is very annoying. I used to use the short cut keys a lot in
powerpoint but they don't work. I looked up the help menu and there
is no ability to customise shortcuts in powerpoint like there is in
word either.
