PPT Macro That Will Run Twice Daily????

I need to create a powerpoint macro that will update links to an Excel
workbook twice daily once at noon and again at midnight. The powerpoint show
being utilized is an always on looping show. I am a visual basic loser so
please be kind in potential responses.
