PPT security warning

I have a flash movie which is embedded in powerpoint but anytime I open the
ppt file I get the security warning that the file contains macros and to
disable macros, but if the macros are legitimate, I may lose some
functionality. And when I disable macros and run the presentation it seems to
be Ok with no functionality lost.
I want to distribute this presentation to potential customers but worry that
this security warning will put them off from looking at it.
Is there anyway of getting rid of this message? Is it usual to get security
warning when you use the ActiveX control object to embed flash movies?
I am thinking of getting the presentation sign with digital certificate but
will this solve the problem. Please advise.

If you used the activx shochwave flash object there should be no macro and no
warning. Try pressing alt f11 and looking for (and deleting) any modules
